Børsen, Copenhagen

Rebuilding the 400-year-old listed stock exchange in central Copenhagen, for Dansk Erhverv. The building is being restored carefully and with as many of the original materials as possible. The central location puts particular demands on pedestrian traffic and safety.

26,000 m² of new build extending the company's head office and making room for around 1,000 employees. The project also creates an entirely new public square on the waterfront in central Copenhagen.

Production plant, Greater Copenhagen

A new factory next to the client's existing plant in Greater Copenhagen. The extension provides capacity for research and development in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients for clinical trials worldwide.

Distribution centre, Funen

A new 40,000 m² production plant and warehouse in scenic surroundings on Funen. The project creates 400 jobs, and there is a strong focus on minimising the carbon footprint, so all material from the site is reused where possible.

Laboratory, North Zealand

A 53,000 m² laboratory that will make sure the client's products meet the requirements of the authorities in Denmark and abroad. Built as far as possible from sustainable materials and fitted with new technology that increases capacity.
