The Old Stock Exchange, Copenhagen
Construction cost: > DKK 800 million.
Timeframe: 2024 – 2028
Description of the nature of the project:
Reconstruction of the 400-year-old iconic stock exchange building in the centre of Copenhagen. The building will be carefully restored using as many of the original materials as possible. The project’s central location poses special challenges in relation to passenger traffic and security.
Description of SiteHub’s deliverables:
Planning and establishment of construction site, perimeter fencing, access roads, logistics, waste management, goods reception and registration, access control, transport registration.
Corporate Headquarters, Copenhagen
Construction cost: > DKK 1,000 million
Timeframe: 2022 – 2027
Description of the nature of the project:
26,000 m2 of new construction that will expand the company’s current headquarters and provide space for approximately 1,000 employees. At the same time, the construction will establish a brand new public square at the waterfront in the centre of Copenhagen.
Description of SiteHub’s deliverables:
Participation in the design process in relation to the plan for construction site logistics, construction site set-up, coordination and management of SiteCover, logistics management, receipt and registration of goods, registration of transports, sustainability data (dust, noise, CO2, NoX, water, vibration, materials, etc.)
Pharma, Greater Copenhagen
Construction cost: > DKK 3,000 million
Timeframe: 2022 – 2025
Description of the nature of the assignment:
The client is investing in the construction of a new factory at the existing facility in Greater Copenhagen. The investment will establish additional capacity for research and development in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for the company’s clinical trials worldwide. The expansions will ensure capacity for the development of the company’s future oral and injectable product portfolio.

Pharma, Funen
Construction cost: > DKK 8,000 million
Timeframe: 2024 – 2027
Description of the nature of the project:
The client is building a brand-new production facility and warehouse in scenic surroundings on Funen. The total area will be 40,000 m2 and the project will create 400 jobs. There is a strong focus on minimising the project’s carbon footprint, which is why all materials from the area will be recycled and solar cells will be installed.

Site planning, perimeter security, access roads, security guards, access control, logistics management, goods receipt and registration, waste management, transport registration, sustainability data collection and reporting, site camp, HSE management.
Pharma, North Zeeland
Construction cost: > DKK 2,000 million
Timeframe: 2024 – 2027
Description of the nature of the project:
A 53,000 m2 laboratory will be built to ensure the quality of the company’s products to ensure that they meet the strict requirements of the authorities, both in Denmark and abroad. The laboratory will be built as far as possible from sustainable materials and will be equipped with new technologies and digitalisation to increase capacity.
